Kiora Luxury Giveaway Terms and Conditions

By entering the Kiora Luxury monthly giveaway, participants agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Eligibility

   • The giveaway is open to residents of the United Kingdom only.

   • Participants must be 18 years or older at the time of entry.

   • Employees of Kiora Luxury and their immediate families are not eligible to participate.

2. How to Enter

   • To enter, individuals must subscribe to Kiora Luxury's newsletter at kioraluxury.com.

   • Subscriptions must be active at the time of the draw to be eligible.

3. Winner Selection

   • Only one winner will be selected at random each month.

   • The draw will be held on 15th December 2024, and the winner will be announced on the same day.

   • The winner will be notified via email within 5 business days of the draw.

   • If the winner does not respond within 7 days of notification, Kiora Luxury reserves the right to select an alternate winner.

4. Prize

   • The monthly prize includes a Cottage Garden Travel Set, featuring a curated selection of luxurious travel essentials.

   • The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternatives.

   • Kiora Luxury reserves the right to substitute the prize with a similar item of equal or greater value if necessary.

5. General Terms

   • By participating, entrants agree to allow Kiora Luxury to use their first name and city for promotional purposes, such as announcing the winner on the website or social media.

   • Kiora Luxury reserves the right to modify or cancel the giveaway at any time without prior notice.

   • Any personal data provided will be processed in accordance with Kiora Luxury’s Privacy Policy.

6. Liability

   • Kiora Luxury is not responsible for any technical issues, delays, or errors that may affect entry into the giveaway or winner notification.
