    We would love to surprise you with a lovely gift, every time you order products above £30.00 You do not need to do anything additional. Simply order items to the value of £30 or above and we will send you a gift with your purchase. We keep changing the gifts we send so please check our Promotions page to know the gift we will be including in your order.
  • How do I use my promotion code?
    During checkout, you will see a box or field to enter your promotional code. Simply enter it and our site will detect and accordingly apply the promotion to your basket.
  • What payment methods do you support?
    We support all payment methods including PayPal on our website.
  • I am having issues while trying to pay.
    We accept most standard credit and debit cards. If you are still having issues, your first port of call should be your bank. However if there are any other issues, then please contact us on and we will try to sort your issue. Please note that we do not store any customer payment data.
  • Do you save my payment details?
    We never save any of your payment details. Once you have selected a payment option, you will be directed to the payment providers secure gateway. None of your payment data is stored by Kiora Luxury.
  • How will you deliver my order?
    All Kiora luxury orders are delivered either via Royal Mail or Hermes. Once you place an order, we will send you an order confirmation email and another email when we have shipped your order. Please ensure that you have correctly entered your billing as well as shipping address. Please note that your billing address must match the address on your bank account/credit card statement.   • How much do you charge for delivery?
    All deliveries above £30 are free of charge. Deliveries below £30 will be charged at a flat rate of £3.50. All deliveries are tracked and need to be signed for. We also offer 1st class delivery at a charge of £4.50 for all deliveries below £30.00. 1st class deliveries above £30.00 will be charged at an extra cost of £2.00.   • How long does a delivery take?
    All orders placed before 2.00 p.m. Monday to Friday will be posted on the same day. All orders placed on Saturday, before 10.00 a.m. will be posted on the same day. Orders placed on Sunday will be dispatched on Monday or the next working day in case of Bank Holidays. All our standard deliveries will be delivered in 3-5 working days.
  • How do I get a returns label?
    At Kiora Luxury, we hope that you love all the products in your order. However there maybe reasons why you wish to return the complete order or a few items in the order. We are happy to help. Simply send us an email at and state the nature of the problem. We will send you the details of the free returns label as soon as possible. Once you have received the label, attach it to the returns parcel and drop it off at the post office. Please ensure that items that you wish to return are exactly in the same condition as you received them. Once we have received your package we will examine it and process the refund or replacement in case you wish to exchange the items.
  • I have missed my delivery. How do I rearrange the delivery?
    For security reasons, we ship all our order using Royal Mail or Hermes and a signature upon delivery. We are not liable for a missing or lost order that has been signed for by someone else other than the person who ordered. If you are not available to receive the delivery, the courier will make 3 attempts to deliver your parcel. If you are still not available, then the order will be returned to our warehouse after 5 days of reattempts. Please email us on as soon as possible, in case of issues receiving the order and we will be able to help.
  • Where do you ship to?
    We ship all over United Kingdom. However there maybe be a limited range of delivery services available in certain areas of the country such as highlands, or other remote parts. There maybe a delay in deliveries to these areas due to the reduced services. Sometimes adverse weather conditions will also impact deliveries.   • What are the conditions of return?
    In the unlikely event that you wish to return an item, we kindly ask you to send us the item in an unused condition. Please retain all original packing of the item and return this to us as directed in our email. You must return the item within 14 days of receiving it. Any item returned after this date will not be accepted and no refund will be provided. To process a return, please send us an email at stating the reason for the return. Please ensure the item is unused and in its original packaging. We will refund your order within 14 days of receiving the items. Please note that original shipping charges will not be refunded.

    We use Royal Mail and Hermes to send all our deliveries. We will send you a shipping confirmation once your order has been shipped.
